A good match is all about chemistry. After meticulously screening, and getting to know our candidates, we match our nannies to our clients based on each family's needs and personality.
IMPLEMENT
Our nannies come fully equipped with our “Nanny Standard” methods and tools that we have refined during our 25+ years of experience in the industry, including customized family manuals, communication tools, lists and guides, organizational tools, and nanny mentorship.
MAINTAIN
We provide quality check-ins throughout the year to ensure that everyone’s needs are being met.
